Chill

What an uneventful weekend I had. But I must admit I'm content with it. Friday I spent most of the night alone, as my husband took a much needed night out with the guys, and my son went to the grandparents house to celebrate his Nana's birthday. My night consisted of Xbox 360 and the new Army of T.W.O., in which I'm taking my time in passing it since I am enjoying it a little too much. Saturday my husband and I watched The Gamer and GI Joe. Both movies were good, although the fat guy playing 'Society' in The Gamer almost made me lose my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Today consisted of looking for legitimate companies that I could work from home. I actually found a lot of places! Tomorrow, on my day off, the fam is going to get our eyes checked, and then off to see 'Book of Eli'. Yaaay!

Co workers

Aren't they the greatest? I'm gonna say that in your 'typical' office setting you have the gossiper, the slacker, the overworked, the disciplinary, and the suck up.
The Gossiper~ in bigger offices, or offices with lots of females, there's more than one. These people are easy to find if you're looking. You won't find them at their desk majority of the time, they are usually whispering at their friends desk, looking in your direction.
The Slacker~ Boss,"Hey Joe, could you get off the Internet when you have a chance and work on this report?"
The Overworked~ These people are easy to spot. Their desks are usually a mess, papers stacked a mile high, their own coffee maker on their desk, mini fridge underneath it, and they look as though they haven't slept in days.
The Disciplinary~ If you have any questions about company policy, questions even your boss can't answer, this person will be the go-to person. WOrk work work. that's what the company pays you for.
The Suck Up~ you can find this person with their lips stick to your boss's ass.

the morning commute...

Ok, it doesn't look so bad, but it's really icy out! I left my house at 7:05 and got to work at 7:35. My commute is usually 12 minutes. It was better than I expected it to be-this morning's commute. I got out of my driveway ok, although I am probably missing something from the undercarriage of my car since the snow is pretty high.
